A few months back, my boyfriend and I decided to sell our WoW accounts because the game became much more of a pain and much less of a game like it was supposed to be. It took me a good week to find a site that I felt was legitimate but we finally settled on Toonstorm which turns out to be a great choice!

If you are thinking of selling your account, I highly recommend using this site. It does take a while to input all of your gear and details, however they try to make it as easy as possible. After using a form to list all gear and stats, you go into a live chat with a representative who gets some more details from you such as PayPal email and the like. THEN after that, someone from Toonstorm actually calls you on the phone to verify that you want to sell and that the PayPal address is correct.

Once everything was finished, L33tz0r and I were still a little skeptical about whether or not they were going to pay us. I checked my PayPal account in a few days and the money was there! With the money, we were able to buy new copies of WoW and start completely fresh. We had tried just not logging onto our level 70 characters for a while but were always tempted back. Now that we sold our accounts, we were truly able to start over. Instead of playing 5 hours a day, we play maybe 1 hour a day and only a few times a week. The game is fun again!! I think I’d like to raid again, but I’m going to take my time getting there and I won’t get so immersed in it.
